I currently work through Artistree. We can still communicate through other ways (for example, Discord), but certain things must be done through Artistree, including requests, payments, and sending of WIPs and final submissions.

You do not need to make an account on Artistree, but you will need an email.

You must be able to pay via Artistree. Aristree accepts a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App Pay. While Artistree also accepts PayPal, I have not enabled this option and will not accept PayPal through Artistree at this time.

Prices listed on my commission sheet are estimates. The final price is set by me and you will see it on the invoice sent to you through Artistree.

You have to be 18+ to request a NSFW commission.

Fill out the request form on Artistree. Please write out your request in detail (basically, don’t just put “discussed in DMs").

Wait for the commission request to be accepted by me. If I accept, you will recieve an email that contains your invoice and further details of the commission.

Review the invoice and commission details. If everything is all good, complete the payment process. Do not complete the payment process if you believe there is an issue with the invoice or commission details.

My work order is prioritized by your placement in the queue. You will be placed into the back of the queue immediately after payment. Commissioners on my shortlist will be given additional priority.

You will receive progress images (WIPs) as I work on your commission.

The revisions you get are outlined in the commission TOS. Typically, you are allowed infinite revisions in the sketch phase (within reason) and are limited after the sketch phase.

If your revision requests are excessive I might request payment. You will be informed of such and I will not send an invoice until you confirm the request.

I will send you a final version through Artistree. Accepting the final version is considered completion of your commission.

As of the time of writing, Artistree charges a 6.5% fee, plus an additional $2.60 USD if the payment is less than $100.00 USD. These fees are not reflected in my estimates, but you will see them when confirming your payment.

Typically, payment is 100% upfront. I prefer this method, but we can discuss alternatives. I currently do not accept payments outside of Artistree.

Artistree allows tips to be sent after you accept the final version of the commission. As of the time of writing, Artistree does not apply its fees to tips. Do not use tips to pay for a current or future commission.

Both you and I reserve the right to cancel an accepted commission request for any reason if the commission has not yet had payments made towards it.

I reserve the right to fully refund a commission for any reason.

You reserve the right to a full refund of a commission at request if I did not begin work on the commission.

If you want a refund for a commission I have already begun, please discuss this with me to reach an agreement. This will likely be a partial refund. I am not obligated to issue a refund, and if we do not reach an agreement, work will continue as normal.

You are not eligible for refunds for payments for excessive revisions, except in cases where I do not provide a revision in a timely manner.

If you are rude or inappropriate, your commission will be cancelled, and the amount you are refunded will depend on the amount of work that was completed.

I own full rights to the content I produce, except where otherwise stated. This means that I can use commissions I draw to promote myself, for example.

The ownership rights of existing characters and other intellectual property that are featured in the content you have purchased from me are not inherently modified or transferred due to featuring in my content or the purchase of my content (Basically, if I draw my character in the commission, I will still own the character. If I draw your character in the commission, you will still own the character.).

If you buy a character from me or purchase a design commission, you will own the rights to those characters or character designs. Ownership rights will be mentioned in the commission details.

You may use, modify, reproduce, and redistribute the whole or partial content you have purchased from me for personal use.

You may NOT use, modify, reproduce, or redistribute the whole or partial content you have purchased from me for commercial use, except where otherwise stated. You may request to purchase a commercial license for any content you purchase from me at the time of or after the time of purchase.

You may upload and host content you have purchased from me to any website, except for e621 (ask me if you want to know why lol)

The content I produce, in part or in whole, may not be used to train neural networks or generative artificial intelligence, without exception.

You do not have to credit me to post or share content you have purchased from me. However, you may not pass off my work as your own.
